Interstate China Hotels & Resorts has active a authorization acceding to administer the 850-room DoubleTree by Hilton Shanghai-Pudong. Following the cessation of the deal, which was closed today (Tuesday 28 February 2012), Interstate will anon activate a multi-million dollar advance of the hotel, to be completed in 2013.
